Faq.

Is the gym 24 hours? What about holidays?

The gym is open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Is training included in membership?

The gym membership includes 24/7 access to the gym and free WIFI. If you have questions, of course we will answer them. But coach-led training is available only through the app, the group classes, and the 1:1 coaching.

What kind of training do you offer?

We offer personal training, group class training, and individual on-your-own training in the gym. We also have an app available. Some people use to guide themselves through the gym equipment, and some people use it at home.

How many people can you have on a family membership?

You can have up to 4 people on a family membership. They must be immediate family members in the same household. Extra household members (beyond 4) can be added for an additional monthly charge of $15/month each.
